For landlords looking to rent a property, our charges are:
10% plus VAT for the first years let, which is primarily collected in advance from the first months rent.
Should the tenant choose to renew the agreement, the fee reduces to 7.5% plus VAT for the second years renewal and for each subsequent period of renewal thereafter.
For landlords choosing to appoint us as Managing Agents, our charges are an additional 5% plus VAT, which will be collected on a monthly basis from the rent collected. Our management service includes:
