Our lettings department offers a full and professional lettings and management service to all our landlords and tenants, and we would be happy to advise you accordingly.

For landlords looking to rent a property, our charges are given on the Fees and Charges page of this website. However if you need any further information please call a member of our lettings staff to discuss our letting and renewal rates.

For landlords choosing to appoint us as Managing Agents, our charges are an additional 5% plus VAT (6% inclusive of VAT), which will be collected on a monthly basis from the rent collected. Our management service includes:
Informing service companies of meter readings and advising them of the transfer of services
Informing the Local Authority of the new occupiers 
Protecting the tenancy surety deposit under Deposit Protection Service (DPS) Custodial Scheme
Chasing any rent arrears incurred due to late or non-payment of rent
Arranging annual Gas Safety Inspections
Rent collection and monitoring
Arranging of mid-term inspections
Dealing with day to day property maintenance
Collecting and forwarding Landlord's mail
