Douglas Martin Estate Agents is a privately owned independent Estate Agency handling residential property since 1932. We believe that we offer exceptional service with a local knowledge bettered by none. We are committed to a personal approach to give our clients the best service at all times.

Our clients include local residents, expatriates, multi-national companies, the embassies of foreign governments and overseas purchases. Our sales and lettings team have a combined experience of over 60 years. Our market coverage is extensive. As well as our comprehensive and easy to use web site, we have a full page in colour in the weekly local property newspaper the "Hendon and Finchley Times". We also advertise in other local and national papers.

We have a constant flow of demand from prospective tenants seeking properties of all types and sizes.

Of particular appeal for overseas purchasers, we are able to offer and one stop service: From purchase of the property through to completion, arranging for the property to be prepared for letting, finding a suitable tenant and then managing the property.

Through careful handling of our properties and vetting of tenants, we have an exceptionally high number of tenants renewing their agreements.
